Getting my craft on.

I've been busy.  Besides writing and antiquing.

See that white pillow there, out of focus?  (Couldn't resist getting in a peek of the steamer trunk.)

Is that better?  

I made those pillow covers (There's a matching one on the other side of the couch.) almost a decade ago and I've always really liked them, but lately they've been looking rather dull.  They needed some sprucing so I decided to make some of those fabric flowers that are so popular in blogland and on Pinterest these days to add to the pillows.  

I think they came out pretty darn good!  Especially since I didn't have the easiest fabric (upholstery) to work with.  They definitely give the pillows some life.

I have a few other crafty projects cooking too, but I'm going to hold off on showing those until I have some decent photos.
